Charles RameyChairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Director -
Mr. Ramey became CEO of UDW in December, 2001. Mr. Ramey's prior executive experience includes the position of President and co-founder of PaymentNet, which was acquired by Verisign, and Chairman, President and CEO of Multidata Corporation, a developer of mission critical software for business applications. Prior to Multidata, he held the position of Vice President, Marketing at Dataquest Inc., a leading technology market research company.
Mr. Ramey graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor's degree in Mathematics. -
Mario VillarrealPresident, Chief Operating Officer, and Director -
Mr. Villarreal became the President and Chief Operating Officer of US Dataworks in May 2008. In addition, he became a member of the company's board of directors with the responsibilities of leading the company's financial and operational initiatives. Mr. Villarreal has been with the company since its founding in November 1997. Prior to his promotion, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer where he provided architecture, design and development direction for all US Dataworks software products and applications.
Mr. Villarreal is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a bachelor's degree in computer science and a minor in business administration. -
Randall J. FrapartChief Financial Officer -
Randall J. Frapart currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for US Dataworks.
Prior to joining the Company, from March 2008 to December 2008, Mr. Frapart served as Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer of Plumgood Food, LLC, an online grocer providing the ordering and delivery of groceries. From January 2006 to December 2007, Mr. Frapart served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of ForeFront Holdings Inc, a publicly traded global golf accessory company. From September 2002 until December 2005, Mr. Frapart served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of HyperFeed Technologies, Inc., a publicly traded provider of software, which provides ticker plant and smart order routing technologies and managed services to exchanges, hedge funds and other financial institutions. Mr. Frapart served as Chief Financial Officer and later as Chief Executive Officer of Cyvent Technologies, a software and consulting company serving large health insurers, from April 1995 to July 2001. Mr. Frapart began his career at KPMG in Chicago, where he held various positions in the Information, Communication and Entertainment Assurance practice for over 12 years.
Mr. Frapart received his B.S. in Accounting from Washington University in St. Louis, has his MBA in Management from the University of Texas and is a certified public accountant. -
Dave DepinetChief Technology Officer -
As Chief Technology Officer of US Dataworks, Dave Depinet is responsible for the technical vision of our products, for maintaining the industry leadership of our products through innovation, and for oversight of the company's research and development efforts. Dave joined US Dataworks in 2006.
With more than 20 years of software development experience, Dave has a history of successfully architecting solutions to complex industry problems. Dave has seen all sides of the development and delivery of enterprise applications in industries including oil and gas, financial services, and government.
Prior to joining US Dataworks, Dave served as CTO for 10x Software, as Regional Director for IONA's Professional Services and as Senior IT Advisor for Shell Oil company. Dave has also participated in the standards process for many of today's technologies through his work with the Object Management Group.
Dave holds a B.S. in Systems Analysis from Miami University along with many industry certifications. In his free time, Dave is a marathon runner and triathlete. -
Mike DignenSenior Vice President of Sales and Business Development -
Mike Dignen is Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development at US Dataworks, Inc.
A 25-year financial services industry veteran, Dignen is responsible for driving the company's revenue growth strategies in new and existing markets. He reports directly to US Dataworks President and Chief Operating Officer Mario Villarreal. In his role, Dignen is responsible for advancing the company's sales and visibility in new and existing markets, leveraging its leadership in enterprise payments solutions.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Dignen served as the Senior Vice President, National Account Management at Metavante Corporation, where he led the sales efforts of its VICOR business unit, a part of Metavante Image Solutions. During his tenure at VICOR, Mr. Dignen was instrumental in driving significant annual revenue growth and establishing VICOR as the leader in solutions for optimized complex payments processing.
Before joining VICOR, Dignen was executive vice president of Profit Technologies Corp., where he was responsible for the business development, marketing and client management functions for consulting engagements performed by Profit Technologies and its partners. Previously, Mr. Dignen held various senior management positions for CoreStates Financial Corporation as well as positions at Ingersoll-Rand Corporation, Ogden Corporation, Penske GM Power, and Dun & Bradstreet.
Dignen holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., and is a member of TAWPI and Global Concepts. -
Andrew BeckSenior Vice President Operations and Services -
As Senior Vice President - Operations and Services, the primary focus of Andrew Beck's employment is to execute approved strategies and tactics to improve the profitability, revenue and expense management of the Company. Additionally, Mr. Beck is directly responsible for the professional services and customer support for the Company.
Mr. Beck has been with the Company since 2004 and has served as Director of Quality Assurance from 2004-2006 and VP of Services and Delivery from 2006-2008. Prior to joining US Dataworks, Mr. Beck provided independent consulting services focusing on the Project, Process, and Communication Management for organizations whose primary focus was on software development and implementation. With over 20 years of experience in the software services industry, Mr. Beck has also held senior management positions with smaller regional organizations in the internet development and financial software development markets and held positions with Cap Gemini and Texas Instruments earlier in his career.
Mr. Beck holds a B.S. degree in Scientific and Technical Communications and an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. -
John McLaughlinVice President and Chief Accounting Officer -
John T. McLaughlin has served as our Chief Accounting Officer since March 2006, and as our Controller from February 2005 to March 2006. Prior to joining us, Mr. McLaughlin was self employed as a financial consultant to companies involved in wholesale and retail distribution. From 1995 through 2000, he served in various accounting and finance roles with companies involved in manufacturing and distribution of computer and office equipment. Mr. McLaughlin's earlier experience included internal audit activities for a publicly traded oil and gas services company.
