Charles RameyChairman, Chief Executive Officer, and Director -
Mr. Ramey became CEO of UDW in December, 2001. Mr. Ramey's prior executive experience includes the position of President and co-founder of PaymentNet, which was acquired by Verisign, and Chairman, President and CEO of Multidata Corporation, a developer of mission critical software for business applications. Prior to Multidata, he held the position of Vice President, Marketing at Dataquest Inc., a leading technology market research company.
Mr. Ramey graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor's degree in Mathematics. -
Mario VillarrealPresident, Chief Operating Officer, and Director -
Mr. Villarreal became the President and Chief Operating Officer of US Dataworks in May 2008. In addition, he became a member of the company's board of directors with the responsibilities of leading the company's financial and operational initiatives. Mr. Villarreal has been with the company since its founding in November 1997. Prior to his promotion, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer where he provided architecture, design and development direction for all US Dataworks software products and applications.
Mr. Villarreal is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a bachelor's degree in computer science and a minor in business administration. -
Joe AbrellDirector -
Mr. Abrell is a communications expert having worked in the field for 40 years. As a newspaper reporter, news magazine correspondent, television journalist/executive, NFL executive, and owner of a public relations/marketing firm, he has experienced first hand all facets of the communications, marketing, and media industry. As Vice President of the Miami Dolphins, he was instrumental in the building of Joe Robbie Stadium, now renamed Pro Player Stadium, as one of the very few privately financed sports stadiums in the country. In 1963, he became director of special news projects for WTVJ, Miami, Florida, one of the CBS network's most important affiliates. In 1969, he was appointed news director and in 1972, director of public affairs. He also hosted the successful Miami television news magazine program Montage, until he left to join the Miami Dolphins in 1984. Most recently he has worked to launch successfully PrimeCo Personal Communications, one of the leaders in the new innovative wireless technology, in the Florida market. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/Literature from Indiana University, a Masters degree in Political Science from Columbia University, obtained while on the CBS News Fellowship, and a Juris Doctor Law degree from the University of Miami.

Thomas L. West, Jr.Director -
Mr. West has had a distinguished Insurance and Financial Services career spanning 40 years. Mr. West concluded his service with the American General Financial Group as Vice Chairman and Group Executive-Retirement Services. He also served as Chairman and CEO of the Retirement Services Division comprised of the American General Fund Group, The Variable Annuity Life Insurance Company (VALIC) and American General Annuity Company. His previous assignment was as Regional Vice President of the Personal Financial Security Division with profit responsibility for the Southern Region. This assignment included pricing, underwriting, and claims handling for all personal lines of Property and Casualty, Life, Health, Pensions and Annuities. Mr. West's first sales management assignment was to build a start-up Life General Agency into the number one sales office in the company. Mr. West currently serves as Chairman & CEO of WestMark Ventures. Mr. West serves as Chairman and Director of the Earn Group. Mr. West received his BS degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee and completed the Columbia University Graduate School of Business-Executive Program in Management of Financial Services.

John L. NicholsonDirector, M.D. -
Dr. Nicholson brings an entrepreneurial perspective and seasoned business experience to the Board of Directors. Dr. Nicholson had the vision to develop the first outpatient surgicenter in Northern California in 1976. Today, there are many surgicenters that have used his pioneering efforts as the template. He has been an investor in several startup companies, including U.S. Dataworks, Inc. as well as Commonwealth Energy. In addition, Dr. Nicholson has been successful as a land developer. He holds an M.D. from the University Of Rochester School Of Medicine. Dr. Nicholson has been in private practice since 1969. He has served on many local, state, and national medical organizations and has been an Associate Clinical Professor at Stanford University since 1969.

Hayden WatsonDirector -
Mr. Watson is President of The Mariner Group, Inc., a bank investment and management consulting company he founded in 1999. Watson began a 28 banking career in 1972 at First City Bank in Houston. He subsequently served in senior operations, commercial sales, and product marketing positions at Bank of Oklahoma and First National Bank of Denver prior to joining RepublicBank Corporation in 1980, where he served as Executive Vice President and Manager of the Operating Services Division. In 1988, he joined First Interstate Bank of Texas as Executive Vice President and Group Manager of Operations. Mr. Watson has held several executive management positions at First Interstate Bancorp affiliate organizations including: credit card, consumer lending, cash management, information technology, correspondent banking and payment operations. He later assumed responsibility for the Payment System Services Group at Wells Fargo Bank, following its acquisition of First Interstate Bancorp in 1996 and served as a Director of Wells Fargo Bank Texas. Mr. Watson joined Fleet Financial Group in 1996 as Managing Director of Bank Operations where he was responsible for the bank's consolidated operating units including Deposits, Commercial and Consumer Loans, Investments (Trust and Mutual Fund) and Capital Markets. Watson holds a BBA degree in Finance from the University of Texas and is a graduate of the ABA Banking School.

J. Patrick Millinor, Jr.Director -
Mr. Millinor has served as a director since December 2004. He served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ampam, Inc. from October 2004 until his retirement in December 2005. From 2000 until he joined Ampam, he held several positions in conjunction with his association with a venture capital group. His positions included Chairman of Encompass, Inc., Chairman of ADViSYS, Inc., and Chief Financial Officer of Agennix, Incorporated. Between 1986 and 2000, Mr. Millinor held several executive positions, including Chief Executive Officer of GroupMAC, Inc., Chief Executive Officer of UltrAir, Inc., and Chief Operating Officer of Commonwealth Financial Group, Inc. He was a partner with KPMG LLP for eight years prior to 1986. Mr. Millinor currently sits on the boards of Ampam, Inc. and Agennix, Incorporated.

Anna Cheng CatalanoDirector -
Ms. Catalano held the top marketing position at BP, PLC from 2000 to 2003 as its Group Vice President, Marketing of BP, PLC and served as the Group Vice President, New Markets, of BP, PLC from 1999 to 2000. From 1997 to 1999, Ms. Catalano served as the Senior Vice President, Sales Operations for Amoco and served as its Vice President, International Business Development from 1996 to 1997. From 1994 to 1996, Ms. Catalano served as the President of Amoco Orient Oil Company. Since 2003, Ms. Catalano has managed an active board portfolio, formerly serving on the boards of Hercules Incorporated, SSL International PLC, Aviva PLC and currently serving as a board member of Willis Group Holdings and as an advisory board member of BT Global Services and Amyris Biotechnologies. Ms. Catalano also serves as a board member of the Houston Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association and as an advisory board member of the Houston Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Ms. Catalano received her B.S. in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana in 1982.

G. Richard "Rick" HicksDirector -
Mr. Hicks has served as the Chairman of the Institute of Molecular Medical Sciences since 1992. Prior to joining the Institute of Molecular Medical Sciences, Mr. Hicks served as the Executive Vice President of the Linus Pauling Institute of Science and Medicine from 1977 to 1992 and as the Vice President and Assistant to the CEO of Dean Witter from 1959 to 1977. Mr. Hicks received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame in 1955.
