Communicating with the Board

Any shareowner who wishes to communicate directly with our board of directors, with our non-management directors as a group or with the presiding director of our non-management directors may do so by writing to UPS, c/o Corporate Secretary, 55 Glenlake Parkway, N.E., Atlanta, Georgia 30328.

Please specify to whom your letter should be directed. Once the communication is received by the corporate secretary, the corporate secretary reviews the communication. Communications that comprise advertisements, solicitations for business, requests for employment, requests for contributions or other inappropriate material will not be forwarded to our directors. Other communications are promptly forwarded to the addressee.
