Recognized as New York City's largest office landlord, SL Green is the only fully integrated real estate investment trust, or REIT, that is focused primarily on acquiring, managing and maximizing value of Manhattan commercial properties. Our portfolio includes owned interests (commercial property ownership and debt and preferred equity investments) in more than 70 Manhattan properties totaling approximately 40 million square feet. SL Green also owns a selection of residential units in Manhattan encompassing approximately 0.5 million square feet. In addition to its Manhattan investments, SL Green owns and operates a suburban portfolio of assets in Brooklyn, Long Island, Westchester County, Connecticut and New Jersey.
