Red Lion Hotels Corporation Names Jack G. Lucas President of TicketsWest

SPOKANE, WA, March 6, 2006 – Red Lion Hotels Corporation (NYSE:RLH) today announced that it has named Jack G. Lucas President of TicketsWest, its entertainment division, which engages in event ticket distribution and promotes and presents a variety of entertainment productions. Prior to his promotion, Mr. Lucas served as Vice President of TicketsWest.

In his new position, Mr. Lucas will oversee all aspects of Red Lion Hotels Corporation's entertainment division, including ticketing services, facility management services, entertainment promotions, marketing and sponsorship.

Mr. Lucas has over 28 years of experience in the entertainment industry, including 18 years with Red Lion Hotels Corporation and 13 years on the management staff of the City of Spokane Entertainment Facilities. He was awarded the prestigious International Ticketing Association (INTIX) Ticketing Professional of the Year Award in 2004.
