scheduled to present at the Stifel Nicolaus 2012 Technology and Telecom
Conference on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at 10:55 a.m. Pacific Time at
the St. Regis Monarch Beach in Dana Point, California. A live webcast of

Photronics will also announce financial results for the first quarter of
fiscal 2012 on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at approximately 4:30 p.m.
