LYDALL INDUSTRIAL THERMAL SOLUTIONS, INC. ANNOUNCES A DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT WITH SOLID STATE COOLING SYSTEMS
MANCHESTER, CT – July 17, 2006– Lydall, Inc. (NYSE: LDL) – Lydall Industrial Thermal Solutions, Inc., makers of Affinity® Chillers, today announced a distributor agreement with Solid State Cooling Systems.
This distributor agreement with Solid State Cooling Systems will cover the TR1200 and a cooperative development agreement for the Thermorack 3500. John Tattersall, President of Lydall Thermal/Acoustical, Inc., commented, "After much review as to who offers the best thermal electric chiller on the market with the best ROI and ease of install, we chose Solid State. We feel that this partnership will provide a seamless offering. Together with Solid State's technology and our full range of refrigerated chillers as well as non-refrigerated heat exchangers, we offer a win-win situation to our customers, giving them the choices they deserve. Lydall, which has served the semiconductor market for 17 years, also has a global service network in place to serve its customers around the world.
