HealthCare.com and Pay Group International Join the LookSmart AdCenter Marketplace as Premier Partners

(NASDAQ:LOOK), an online advertising and technology solutions company, today announced the launched white label AdCenters for HealthCare.com and Pay Group International, continuing the expansion of the LookSmart AdCenter Marketplace and marking LookSmart's entry into the online health vertical.

HealthCare.com, the leading online healthcare provider directory and a leading online destination at www.healthcare.com, provides healthcare content and tools that empower health seekers in their search for knowledge and care. In addition to the directory found on www.healthcare.com, HealthCare.com also powers the online directory at leading online health destinations, portals and local media sites. HealthCare.com, the most visited directory of health providers on the web, will be integrated into the AdCenter platform and share distributed advertisers across LookSmart's Marketplace of white label publishers. Pay Group International's global text advertising network, comprised of over 1000 existing advertisers, will be launched onto the LookSmart AdCenter Platform and gain access to CPC auction technology and extended distribution channels of the LookSmart AdCenter Marketplace.
