LogicVision provides integrated silicon test solutions that enable its customer to achieve very high device quality metrics, reduce overall cost of test, accelerate silicon bring-up and improve production and yield ramp times. The company's Dragonfly Test Platform™ consists of three product families; ETCreate™, Silicon Insight™ and Yield Insight™. These three product lines exist within a unified environment and together allow design and test engineers to:
- Easily embed test and characterization IP directly into a semiconductor device.
- Leverage these "Eyes-in-the-die" to perform comprehensive device diagnostics and characterization
- Accumulate and analyze chip test data in order to automatically identify systemic yield limiting issues.
As integrated circuits grow in complexity and move to 65 nanometer and 45 nanometer geometries, problems of fault detection, extended debug times, and expensive field returns are magnified. LogicVision's test solutions provide the route to improved test quality and reduced test costs, faster silicon debug and root-cause analysis that leads to accelerated production ramp times.

Markets Served
LogicVision's product lines address design for test, silicon debug, and yield learning applications. The products are used in design, post-silicon manufacturing test and parametric yield analysis of large digital and mixed-signal integrated circuits (ICs), especially those using leading-edge process nodes. This includes logic, memory, PLL, and high-speed I/O design. The products cater to high-volume or quality sensitive markets where minimal defects per million (DPM) counts, low field returns, quick silicon bring up, and low cost of test are key requirements.
LogicVision products are well entrenched in the consumer, automotive, storage, telecom, wireless, and peripheral markets. The target users are IC design/DFT engineers as well as test/product and failure analysis engineers at integrated device manufacturers, fabless semiconductor companies, foundries, and IC test outsource providers.
