J.P. Morgan Appoints Josh Klaczek as Head of Asia Financial Services Equity Research
Hong Kong, 29 August, 2011 - J.P. Morgan today announced the appointment of Mr. Josh Klaczek as Head of Asia Financial Services Equity Research, effective immediately. Based in Hong Kong, Josh will report to Sunil Garg, Head of Asia-Pacific Equity Research.
Josh will focus on extending the firm's regional and global market leadership in financial sector research. His appointment comes at a time when the financial sector is undergoing a structural transformation, which accentuates the need for quality, timely and accurate insights.
"Josh's breadth of financial sector knowledge and insights acquired during almost a decade of industry experience ranging from investment banking to buy-side portfolio management to specialist sales, based in the financial centers of New York and Hong Kong, will strengthen our client service capability in Asian markets", said Sunil Garg.
Josh joins from Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BofA ML) in Hong Kong where he was responsible for global coverage of clients focused on Asia Pacific financial institutions. He has previously worked at Goldman Sachs in New York, NY and Och-Ziff Capital Management Group, in both New York and Hong Kong.
