IMPORTANT: Chase announces changes to branch hours in preparation for Hurricane Irene
Friday, August 26, 2011, NEW YORK: Chase announced today that it will extend hours in its 376 New York City branches tonight, August 26, until 8 pm to accommodate its customers impacted by Hurricane Irene. On Saturday, August 27th, Chase branches in New York City will also be open with limited hours. Most New York City branches will be open until 11 am on Saturday, so its employees can get home safely before the New York City transit system closes at noon. Some branches may close down sooner, as needed, to accommodate its employees.
On Sunday, August 28th, Chase's 22 branches in the tri-state area regularly open on Sundays will be closed.
