Chase mobile banking complements the many ways customers can bank with Chase − through online banking, telephone banking, over 5,500 bank branches and more than 17,500 ATMs. Chase charges no fees to use mobile banking, but a customer's wireless provider may charge standard text message and data rates. Established user IDs and passwords are necessary to access account information and images do not reside on the mobile device, which helps protects personal information in case the device is lost. Chase's robust encryption technology helps safeguard all mobile transactions and helps protect customer information as it travels the Internet or to and from a mobile device.

*Chase QuickDepositSM is subject to eligibility and deposits are not immediately available. Visit www.chase.com/QuickDeposit to enroll and for eligible mobile devices, limitations and details.

**Delivery of Instant Action Alerts may be delayed for various reasons, including service outages affecting your phone, wireless or internet provider; technology failures; and system capacity limitations. Any time you review your balance, keep in mind it may not reflect all transactions including recent card transactions. A qualifying Chase transfer account is required to transfer funds via text.
