"Pat has been instrumental in our company's portfolio transformation from a heavy equipment manufacturer to a diversified firm serving commercial, residential and industrial markets worldwide. Along the way, she also developed a talented global legal team and built a strong culture of compliance and governance that will be her legacy at Ingersoll Rand.
"Now we welcome Bobby Katz to the team," Lamach added. "Bobby's breadth of global experience, 24 years of high-level business, legal and leadership success, and deep expertise in compliance and corporate transactions make him a strong fit for us. As Ingersoll Rand continues on its path to becoming a premier global industrial firm, Bobby will play a critical role with responsibility for all of our legal affairs worldwide."
Katz will report to Lamach as part of his executive leadership team and relocate to Davidson, N.C.
