Hamilton, Bermuda, October 17, 2008 - Ingersoll-Rand Company Limited (NYSE:IR), a leading diversified industrial company, today announced that it expects to release its 2008 third-quarter financial results on Friday, October 24, 2008, at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
On the same day, Herbert L. Henkel, Ingersoll Rand chairman, president and chief executive officer, and Steve Shawley, senior vice president and chief financial officer, will host a conference call for analysts and institutional investors, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, to review the company's results.
