Ingersoll-Rand Schedules Conference Call and Webcast Relating to its 2005 Third-quarter Financial Results
Hamilton, Bermuda, October 10, 2005—Ingersoll-Rand Company Limited (NYSE:IR), a leading diversified industrial firm, today announced that it expects to release its 2005 third-quarter financial results on Thursday, October 20, 2005, at 7:00 a.m. Eastern time.
On the same day, Herbert L. Henkel, IR chairman, president and chief executive officer, and Timothy R. McLevish, senior vice president and chief financial officer, will host a conference call for analysts and institutional investors, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time, to review the company's results.
