TestDesign Division of inTEST Corporation Expands Into New Facility

CHERRY HILL, N.J., Feb. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- inTEST Corporation (Nasdaq: INTT) today announced the relocation and expansion of the manufacturing operations of its TestDesign Division, a leading manufacturer of interface equipment used for semiconductor testing. The new 18,000 square foot facility, located at 1275 Lawrence Station Road in Sunnyvale, California, has been designed to enhance all aspects of the division's operations and to provide a substantial increase in manufacturing space.

Since August 1999, the TestDesign Division has achieved record bookings and sales of its core products. The continuing growth of the TestDesign Division is due to a new generation of successful products and the ongoing semiconductor industry expansion.

The TestDesign Division designs and manufactures tester interfaces used by semiconductor manufacturers worldwide to connect high-speed, high pin-count testers to the devices being tested. Most of the Division's products are tailored to the specific requirements of the devices and testers used by its customers.

inTEST Corporation is a leader in providing test head positioning and connection apparatus to the global semiconductor manufacturing community. The Company's products, which include test head manipulators, docking systems and tester interfaces, improve the utilization and cost-effectiveness of automatic test equipment required in the manufacture of integrated circuits.
