CHERRY HILL, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 27, 2002--inTEST Corporation (Nasdaq:INTT), a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of semiconductor automatic test equipment (ATE) interface solutions and temperature management products, today announced that it has received a $1.1 million follow-on order from Agilent Technologies (NYSE:A), a major semiconductor test equipment manufacturer.
Total orders from Agilent for inTEST's wafer-probing interfaces and related test equipment were approximately $2.8 million in the second quarter of 2002. The products in the most recent order are expected to ship in the third and fourth quarters of 2002.
