inTEST to Display New Test Cell Concept at SEMICON Europa

CHERRY HILL, N.J., April 24 /PRNewswire Interactive News Release/ -- inTEST Corporation (Nasdaq: INTT) will be displaying its new integrated test cell concept at SEMICON Europa, in Munich, Germany this week. The test cell integrates many of inTEST's products such as our test head positioner and docking hardware and tester interface products, which enable us to provide complete electro-mechanical systems that can be used by semiconductor manufacturers.
