The Consumers' Waterheater Income Fund Announces Monthly Cash Distribution

TORONTO, ONTARIO, Apr 21, 2010 (Marketwire via COMTEX News Network) -- The Consumers' Waterheater Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX:CWI.UN), today announced a cash distribution of $0.054 per unit for the month of April 2010. The distribution will be payable on May 31, 2010 to unitholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2010.

About The Consumers' Waterheater Income Fund

The Fund owns a portfolio of approximately 1.3 million installed water heaters and other assets, rented primarily to residential customers in Ontario. The Fund also owns Stratacon, a leading "smart" sub-metering business, with metering contracts for condominium and apartment suites in Ontario, Alberta and elsewhere in Canada.
