Lepore formerly served as vice chairman of technology, operations, administration, strategy and active trader for The Charles Schwab Corporation where she played a key role in building Schwab's highly successful e-commerce business. She was also a member of Schwab's Executive Committee and a trustee of SchwabFunds. In her twenty-one years with Schwab, Lepore held a wide variety of roles and responsibilities, including serving as chief information officer and senior vice president of information technology.
Lepore serves on the board of eBay, The New York Times Company, and previously served on the board of Wal-Mart from August 2001 to September 2004.
She has been honored at the 2003 National Organization for Women's Aiming High Conference, as one of Fortune's 50 Most Powerful Women in American Business in 2002, 2001, 2000 and 1999, as InformationWeek's Chiefs of the Year for 2000, and named one of the Ten Hottest CIOs in 1999 by Future Banker magazine.

Luke Friang
Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Luke Friang is vice president and chief information officer for drugstore.com, inc. and oversees all aspects of technology planning, development, and operations.
Most recently, Friang was senior director of e-commerce technologies at Costco Wholesale, Inc. He was part of the team that took Costco.com from $100 million to $700 million in annual revenue. During this high-growth period, he served as the primary IT executive responsible for the planning, execution and support of the company's IT strategy for online businesses.
Friang brings considerable retail experience to drugstore.com, having served in a variety of roles at The Spiegel Group and its associated companies. He directed Spiegel's strategic Internet initiative and was responsible for all e-commerce technology operations for the group's companies, including Eddie Bauer and The Spiegel Catalog. At Eddie Bauer, he served as director of Internet technologies and was responsible for the development of www.eddiebauer.com in 1999 and 2000. Before that, he served as manager of applications development and oversaw the e-commerce and call center divisions. Prior to Spiegel, Friang was a manager of call center systems and operations for Progressive Media, Inc. in Seattle.
He has studied business administration, computer sciences, and Internet technology and information architecture at several educational institutions in the Seattle area.
Robert Hargadon
Vice President, Human Resources
Robert Hargadon, vice president of human resources for drugstore.com, inc., is responsible for driving the organization's overall talent strategy, as well as all aspects of HR. He brings more than 25 years of corporate and consulting experience to the management team.
Prior to joining drugstore.com, Hargadon headed Corporate Learning and Development for Microsoft, where he was responsible for employee leadership and management development. He also chaired the company-wide Learning Council. Prior to Microsoft, Hargadon headed U.S. and International HR at Boston Scientific. He was also with Fidelity Investments where he was in charge of Learning for Fidelity's Retail Investor Center channel. As a consultant, Hargadon was principal and vice president of Harbridge House, Inc. in Boston where he worked with nearly 100 different clients on a wide range of leadership, human resource and organization development assignments.
Hargadon graduated from Harvard College with an A.B. degree in Economics. His graduate studies include coursework at Harvard's School of Education.
Julie Johnston
Vice President, OTC Merchandising
Julie Johnston, vice president of over-the-counter merchandising is responsible for strategy in the Health, Wellness, Personal Care, Household, Games, Pet and Natural Store categories.
Johnston has more than 15 years of experience in the retail industry. She joined drugstore.com in 2000 as a Sr. Category Manager for Personal Care. Johnston has held a number of progressively responsible positions within the merchandising team and has successfully launched new categories such as Toys and Games, Household and expanded the overall product line. Prior to joining the company she was with Sears, Roebuck and Co. where she grew women's updated footwear from $50 to $200 million and received the Buyer of the Year award in 1994, 1995 and 1996. She also worked for Marshall Field's in Chicago and Dayton-Hudson (now Target) and completed buyer training programs at both companies.
Johnston is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has studied at the University of Strasbourg in France.
Ron Kelly
Vice President, Customer and Pharmacy Services
Ron Kelly is vice president, customer and pharmacy services for drugstore.com. He oversees all customer care and pharmacy business operations and is responsible for managing the company's relationships with all outbound freight carriers. Kelly joined the company in 1999 and has held senior positions in finance, procurement, site development, merchandising, customer care and logistics.
Prior to joining drugstore.com, Kelly spent seven years with the accounting firm Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he specialized in publicly held retail companies including Starbucks, Quality Food Centers and Fred Meyer, which was acquired by Kroger Foods.
Kelly holds a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from the University of Oregon.
David Lonczak
Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer
David Lonczak, vice president and chief marketing officer for drugstore.com is responsible for overseeing the online retailer's overall marketing direction. He joined the company in 2005 as General Manager of Vision and assumed additional responsibility as Sr. Director of Marketing in Pharmacy in early 2006. In this role, he is credited with growing the Vision business while improving profitability and for developing new opportunities for growth in Pharmacy.
Prior to joining drugstore.com, Lonczak worked for Cingular Wireless, AT&T Wireless, Starbucks and Procter & Gamble. Lonczak has more than 15 years of marketing and merchandising experience and has held roles in category management, customer relationship marketing, new business development, channel marketing and marketing operations.
Lonczak received his bachelor's degree from the University of Washington and his master's degree in Business Administration from the Simon School of Business of the University of Rochester.
Kathleen McNeill
Vice President, Beauty
Kathleen McNeill, vice president of beauty is responsible for overall strategic growth of beauty product sales and maximizing the synergy between Beauty.com and the Beauty and Spa area of drugstore.com.
McNeill has more than 13 years of experience in the beauty industry with a track record of building a business and a strong team. She joined the company in 2006 from Bath and Body Works where she was vice president of merchandising for flagship stores. McNeill also spent 6 years at Sephora where she led the skincare, bath and body, hair, and men's division for 130 stores in the U.S. and Canada, and online at Sephora.com. In her tenure at Sephora, she increased revenue for the skincare division by more than $175 million. McNeill started her merchandising career with Macy's West in the trend cosmetics buying office and is a graduate Macy's Executive training program
McNeill attended Marymount College in Palos Verdes, California.
Yukio Morikubo
General Counsel and Vice President, Strategy
Yukio Morikubo, general counsel and vice president, strategy for drugstore.com, inc. is responsible for managing the company's legal affairs, corporate governance and strategic relationships. He brings more than 15 years of legal and financial experience to the company.
Previously, Morikubo was vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for Advanced Digital Information Corporation where he was senior advisor to the company's board of directors and executive team. At Cingular Wireless, formerly AT&T Wireless, he served as chief counsel for the International division and was primary legal advisor for the company's multi-billion dollar investments in more than a dozen countries. Morikubo also practiced with the law firm of Perkins Coie LLP.
Morikubo received his bachelor's and master's degrees in Business Administration from the University of Hawaii. He received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center.
Robert Potter

Rob Potter, vice president, chief accounting officer brings 20 years of accounting experience to the company and is responsible for accounting, internal and external financial reporting, treasury management, and corporate tax.
Potter joined the company as Corporate Controller in 2004. Prior to joining the organization, he served as Controller for Midstream Technologies, a venture-backed startup technology development company. He also held senior positions with Mosaix, Inc. (now Lucent Technologies), PHAMIS, Inc. (now IDX Systems), Aldus Corporation (now Adobe Systems), and Ernst & Young, LLP.
Potter is a graduate of the University of Washington and holds a B.A. in Business Administration.
Tracy Wright

Richard Bennet has more than 30 years of leadership and management experience in the retail industry. He is currently Co-Chief Executive Officer of CCA Global Partners, a cooperative of independent retail stores providing buying service and infrastructure to 3,600 locations with revenues of over $10 billion. Previously, Mr. Bennet was President and Chief Executive Officer of Direct Holdings Worldwide, an international direct marketing business with a variety of holdings including Lillian Vernon catalog and Time Life entertainment, a leader in the sale of books, music and video products through television, direct mail, retail, Internet and print. He began his career as an assistant buyer with Famous Barr department stores in St. Louis in 1975. He progressed into several management roles including President and CEO of Famous Barr and Kaufmanns in Pittsburgh. In 2000, he was appointed Vice Chairman of May Department Stores, a $14 billion retail enterprise. Bennet received his undergraduate degree in business from Central Missouri State University and an MBA from Washington University.

Geoff Entress is an experienced entrepreneur and fund manager. He is currently a principal with the Madrona Venture Group, a Seattle-based venture capital firm. He has been a securities lawyer with Perkins Coie, a Seattle law firm, and has managed financial analysis and reporting groups at Salomon Brothers in New York and The Prudential Home Mortgage Company in New Jersey. He has also held positions at Mellon Bank, Priority Investment Management, and Duquesne Capital Management. In addition, Mr. Entress serves on the board of several privately held companies. Jeff Killeen is chairman and chief executive officer of GlobalSpec Inc., Troy, N.Y., a leading vertical search, information services and e-media company serving the engineering, manufacturing and related scientific and technical markets.
He joined the drugstore.com board of directors in August 2006, and brings to the board more than 25 years of executive management experience within the media, Internet, retail e-commerce and information services industries.
Before becoming CEO of GlobalSpec in 2002, Killeen was CEO of Forbes.com, where he led the development of Forbes' portfolio of online financial information and electronic publishing businesses. Prior to Forbes.com, he served as chief operating officer of Barnes & Noble.com and helped grow that organization from a startup to one of the world's largest consumer e-commerce companies. Killeen also was CEO of SBC/Pacific Bell's electronic media and Internet group, and was a senior vice president in Dun & Bradstreet's marketing information and Reuben H. Donnelley yellow pages businesses.
In addition to GlobalSpec and drugstore.com, he also serves on the Boards of SkyTerra Corp., The Center for Disability Services, The Lake George Opera Company and The Fund for Lake George.
Killeen received a B.A. in Government & Political Science from St. Lawrence University, Canton, N.Y.
William D. Savoy
Consultant
William Savoy has served as a director of drugstore.com inc. since July 1999. Since May 2005, he has served as a consultant for the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe, providing assistance with strategic planning, economic development and portfolio management.
He also served in various capacities at Vulcan Inc., Paul Allen's organization, and its predecessor companies, from 1988 to September 2003. Most recently, he was the president of the portfolio and asset management division of Vulcan Inc., managing Vulcan's commercial real estate, hedge fund, treasury and other financial activities, and served as the president of both Vulcan Northwest and Vulcan Ventures.
From June 1989 until its sale in June 1990, Savoy was the president and chief executive officer of software company Layered, Inc., and was its chief financial officer from August 1988 to June 1989.
Savoy also is a director of Bsquare Corp. He received a B.S. in computer science, accounting and finance from Atlantic Union College, South Lancaster, Mass.
Gregory S. Stanger

Mr. Stanger has served as Venture Partner of Technology Crossover Ventures ("TCV"), a venture capital firm investing in technology companies, since June 2005. From December 2003 until June 2005, Mr. Stanger served as Executive in Residence of TCV. He served as senior vice president, chief financial officer, and director of Expedia Inc., an online travel company, from February 2002 to December 2003 and as its chief financial officer from October 1999 to December 2003. Before joining Expedia, he served as senior director, corporate development of Microsoft Corporation from 1998 to 1999 and held various positions within Microsoft's corporate development department from 1993 to 1998. Mr. Stanger has served on the board of directors of Netflix, Inc., an online movie rental company, since 2005. Mr. Stanger received a B.A. from Williams College and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.
