On January 13, 2012, Dollar General Corporation amended its Code of Business Conduct and Ethics to expand the personal characteristics protected by Dollar General's non-discrimination policy, to expand the definition of "close relative" for purposes of rules regarding reporting to or supervising family members, and to make certain other clarifying and technical amendments. These amendments became effective on March 20, 2012.
