This document was amended effective April 3, 2017 to reflect technical, administrative or non-substantive revisions.
In addition, on December 5, 2017, our Board of Directors approved amendments to the Dollar General Corporation Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the “Code”) to clarify the conditions under which an employee cannot be held liable for misappropriating a trade secret, to remind employees of their annual obligation to review our company’s Information Security Policy and to follow our company’s security measures when using our technology, and to clarify the approval requirements for public presentations about our company, as well as to reflect various other technical, administrative or non-substantive revisions. These amendments will not become effective until April 2, 2018, at which time the revised Code will be posted to this website.
