Johnson CEO, President, Director Terry Murphy Director Michael K. Solomon Vice President, CFO, Treasurer and Secretary			William A. Bassett Chairman of the Board William A. Bassett is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company. He was elected a Vice President of the Company in March, 1979, President in June 1980, Chief Executive Officer in 1993 and Chairman of the Board in 1994. During 2007 he relinquished his positions as Chief Executive Officer and President of the Company. He served as Administrative Vice President of Caron International, Inc., a manufacturer of hand knitting yarns and needlecraft kits, from 1976 to March 1979 and prior thereto as Group Vice President-Marketing of that company. William C. Dixon Director William C. Dixon is President and CEO of BFD of Metro Washington, Inc. He is also President of KHF of Metro Washington, Inc. BFD was established in 2002; KHF was established in 2005, and both companies operate furniture stores in the Washington, DC market. Mr. Dixon was President and CEO of Barnes Furniture Co., Inc. from 1998 to 2005. Barnes is a privately held retail furniture company. Mr. Dixon is the nephew of William A. Bassett. Mr. Dixon has been a Director of the Company since 2002. Ellen Downey Director Ellen Downey was employed by Ryder Systems, Inc. in various financial positions from 1978 to 1991 and from 1991 to 1993 served as Vice President and Treasurer of that company. Ms. Downey has been a Director of the Company since 1997. Thomas L. Dusthimer Director Thomas L. Dusthimer has served as a consultant to and director of Key Bank (Elkhart, Indiana District) since 1992. From 1973 until his retirement in 1992, Mr. Dusthimer served in various executive positions, including President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, with Ameritrust Indiana Corporation and Ameritrust National Bank. Mr. Dusthimer has been a Director of the Company since 1997. Joseph N. Ellis Director Joseph N. Ellis founded La Salle-Deitch Co., Inc., a distributor of products for the manufactured housing and recreational vehicle industry in 1963, and served as its President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman from 1971 until his retirement in 1992. Mr. Ellis has been a Director of the Company since 1993. William A. Johnson CEO, President, Director William A. Johnson has been Chief Executive Officer of the Company since January 2008, President of the Company since August 2007 and an Officer since June 1998. Prior to becoming President he had been Controller of the Company since January 1997. Mr. Johnson was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2009. Terry Murphy Director Terrence H. Murphy is a shareholder in Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney, PC, a law firm with offices in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and other cities. Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney serves as legal counsel to the Company. Michael K. Solomon Vice President, CFO, Treasurer and Secretary Michael K. Solomon has been Vice President of the Company since 1994, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer since 1985 and Secretary since March 2005. Mr. Solomon has been employed by the Company since 1974.
