Overview

We are a profitable and growing company focused on the acquisition, development and commercialization of branded prescription products for specialty physician market segments. Since our inception in 1999, we have successfully funded the acquisition and development of our product portfolio with limited external investment, and have been profitable since 2004. We believe we have significant growth opportunities with our existing product portfolio and we continue to identify and pursue other promising product candidates.
