CACI Awarded Prime Position on $11 Billion Multiple-Award Contract to Provide Acquisition Support for Department of Homeland Security
ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
CACI International Inc (NYSE:CACI)
announced today that it has been selected as one of 12 prime contractors
to provide acquisition support to the Department of Homeland Security
(DHS) on the Technical, Acquisition and Business Support Services
(TABSS) contract. This five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity
(IDIQ) contract, which has a ceiling of $11 billion, represents new work
for CACI and expands the company's presence in its C4ISR, Logistics and
Material Readiness, and Business System markets.
This TABSS contract provides a major vehicle for all 22 DHS agencies,
including the U.S. Coast Guard, to obtain mission-critical acquisition
and program management support for systems, ships, aircraft, and IT
services. CACI will provide work under the contract's Program
Management, Engineering and Technology Support Services domain, which
includes support for planning and administering programs and projects
within the DHS program office, as well as designing, developing, and
fielding assets, processes, and systems related to engineering and
technology.
CACI has a strong track record in managing large IDIQ programs to best
meet critical customer requirements and currently has prime positions on
more than 70 such contracts. The company offers proven experience in
cost-effective and efficient deployment of acquisition solutions as well
as an in-depth knowledge of DHS agencies and missions.
