The original name of the company was California Analysis Center, Inc. In 1967 the company was renamed Consolidated Analysis Centers, Inc. The company name was officially changed to CACI, Inc. in 1973. In recognition of our growing international business we became CACI International Inc.

CACI was founded in 1962. As the organization has grown the corporate structure has evolved accordingly. The publicly traded corporation and "parent" of the CACI group of companies is CACI International Inc, which was incorporated on October 8, 1985.

November 2010 TechniGraphics, Inc.'s products form the basis for intelligence analysis, military operational planning, and disaster relief planning. They are headquartered in Wooster, Ohio, with additional locations in Fort Collins, Colorado and Madrid, Spain.
November 2010 Applied Systems Research Inc.'s (ASR) Measurements and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT) discipline provides solutions to difficult spatial, spectral, and technical intelligence tasks. ASR is also a leading provider of professional services at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) and is headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia.
July 2011 – Pangia Technologies, LLC is a software engineering company that provides technical solutions in the areas of computer network operations, information assurance, mission systems, software and systems engineering, and IT infrastructure support. This acquisition furthers CACI's growth in cybersecurity solutions and increases its already strong presence in the Intelligence Community.
September 2011 – Paradigm Holdings, Inc. provides cybersecurity and enterprise IT solutions to clients in federal civilian agencies, the Department of Defense, and the Intelligence Community. The acquisition expands the cyberspace solutions CACI offers to help its government clients respond to persistent threats to national security, and continues to increase the company's strong presence in supporting national security missions.
October 2011 – Advanced Programs Group, LLC is an Oracle Platinum Partner and leading provider of Oracle e-Business services in the federal market. This acquisition expands CACI's already strong presence in the business and government transformation arenas and aids CACI in providing solutions that are critical to the mission success of federal agencies.
