Code of Business Conduct

INTRODUCTION

We expect our employees to conduct their scientific and business activities in a manner consistent with the highest ethical, professional and legal standards. In addition, although the references in this Code are to our employees, we expect the members of our Board of Directors to adhere to the Code.
