How can I sell my shares?

If your shares are held in a brokerage account, contact your broker. To sell shares in certificate form, you must have an account with a broker. You then physically sign the certificates over to your broker who will sell them for you.

How can I transfer shares from a deceased shareholder?

How can I consolidate multiple accounts registered in variations of the same name?

Shareholders sometimes have more than one account because of slight variations in registered name (e.g., John Doe, John D. Doe, J. D. Doe). This results in multiple mailings and additional expenses for Airgas. You are encouraged to contact BNY Mellon Shareowner Services, at the above address, to consolidate accounts.

Can I buy or sell ARG stock directly through the company?
