Kent Guichard is chairman and chief executive officer of American Woodmark Corporation. He joined American Woodmark in August 1993 as vice president of finance and chief financial officer, and was elected to the Company's board of directors in November 1997. Guichard was promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer in May 1999, executive vice president in May 2004, chief operating officer in September 2005, president and chief operating officer in August 2006, president and chief executive officer in August 2007, and added the title of chairman in August 2009. Prior to joining American Woodmark, he served two years with A. M. International as vice president and controller, and five years as a controller for B. F. Goodrich Company.
Jon Wolk joined American Woodmark in December 2004. Prior to joining American Woodmark, Wolk served as the chief financial officer and treasurer of Tradecard, Inc., a global infrastructure provider. Wolk also served nine years as an auditor with KPMG, two years with GE Capital Real Estate as global controller, and six years with Pitney Bowes Production Mail Systems Division, where he was vice president, finance and information systems
Cary Dunston joined American Woodmark Corporation in October 2006 as senior vice president of manufacturing and supply chain services. He was promoted to executive vice president of operations in September 2012. Prior to joining American Woodmark, Dunston served as vice president, global operations of Diamond Innovations, a leading supplier of industrial diamonds. Dunston also served two years as vice president of operations for BBA Fiberweb, a year with Tenneco Automotive as vice president European emission control operations, and five years with Cummins, Inc. in plant management. Formerly, Dunston served in the U.S. Navy as an officer in the nuclear submarine fleet.
Brad Boyer is Senior Vice President, Remodel Sales and Marketing of American Woodmark, Corporation. Boyer joined American Woodmark as National Sales Manager in 1995. Prior to joining American Woodmark, Boyer served 14 years with Kohler Company, a leading Plumbing Fixture manufacturer. At Kohler, Boyer held various roles including Zone Manager, Regional Sales Manager and National Accounts Manager. Boyer was elected to the KCMA Board of Directors in 2010. He is currently serving as Treasurer for the KCMA.
